Does the Extractor utility use a UNC path either for the origination files or destination location?
Extractor utility only recognizes the shared drive on its command line if it is mapped in the host the command is being fire-up.
The LiteSpeed Extractor Utility does not accept the UNC path on its command line; however, if you have this shared location mapped in this local computer that you are running the command from, it will work.
For example:
Extractor Utility does not recognize on its command line:
\\servername\share
Extractor Utility recognizes on its command line:
T:\servername\share
Note: In order to map a share drive, access My Computer, right-click, Map Network Drive, select a letter for the Drive and browse/select the share drive.
Applies to all versions of LiteSpeed and SQL Server
