When using Native Command Substitution (NCS), how are the LiteSpeed parameters determined?
All LiteSpeed defaults, including Encryption Level, Priority, Backup Threads, Throttle, Initial Backup Set, Compression Level, Affinity, Max Transfer Size and Buffer Count are set in LiteSpeed. They may be altered or reset to the original settings in Start | All Programs | Imceda | LiteSpeed2005 | LiteSpeed Defaults.
Note: These values write to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Imceda\SQLLiteSpeed\Engine but should only be edited via the GUI screens, using the steps outlined above.
