[5.1.0.1296][Maintenance Plans] upgrade native tasks to match functionality of backup task in regard to offline databases
Steps to Reproduce:
I created a MP with a backup task and tested using both check db integrity (all conditions - success/completion/failure) and update statistics (all conditions) natively and via LS. the logs showing my results are attached - SLS offline_subplan 1_20090623...zip is the test with check DB integrity
Actual Results:
native MPs that include a backup task and other task (check database integrity and update statistics, for example) fail if the plan is set to backup all databases and one of the databases is offline. litespeed has functionality built in to their backup tasks that allows offline databases to be skipped in the backup. however, this functionality is not available for other tasks, which will cause the LS MP to fail
