Upgraded to higher version and cannot configure the instance. Receive message "No SQL Server instances were found.." -
Description
We Upgraded to higher version (example upgraded to version 8.8 from 8.7). The upgrade completed but we cannot complete the 'Instance Configuration'. On the 'SQL Instances' page, we receive a popup box with message "No SQL Server instances were found on this particular server".
