Can't find where to see existing system triggers in the schema browser

Trying to find a list of DATABASE TRIGGERS, a.k.a. SYSTEM TRIGGERS, in my database. Want to be able to see and extract the DDL scripts, similar to seeing the list of tables in a schema and being able to access the table creation DDL.

To see the system trigger in the schema browser, please select the system schema in the schema browser dropdown. Then select the trigger tab.
