Get prompt saying legacy key was found, but non-legacy key is shown in license window

When installing, a message saying, "A legacy key in the format of X-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX has been detected. Please upgrade this key. Would you like to open a browser to the license key upgrade page?" is displayed. However, the key being displayed does not have this format. It is a long alphanumeric string instead. Why is this message being displayed if the key it found does not match the description in the message?
원인
Toad has detected a legacy key and a non-legacy key on the machine. Since it found both, it will prompt the user about upgrading their legacy key and display the non-legacy key in the licensing window.
해결 방안
Since there is already a non-legacy key found on the machine, the message about the legacy can be ignored. Click "No", when asked if you want to open a browser to the license key upgrade page, and continue on through the installation.
