Toad is not inserting CLOB data via the Import Data Tool, when using semi colons in a CSV file
There are 2 workarounds
WORKAROUND 1:
When you see the option to Create SQL statements, choose this and export the insert statements to a .SQL file
WORKAROUND 2:
Use Toad for Oracle Version 11.0
