Toad DB2 data provider is no longer available in the data link properties provider list.

Since the release of Toad for DB2 5.2, DB2 OLE provider is no longer shipped or is installed. Toad DB2 and its other components (i.e. Spotlight, SQL Optimizer, etc) did not require this so it has been removed.
