Procedures get dropped and recreated in Object Compare even though they are equal

When using Object Compare, even though procedures are considered equal by the compare, they still get dropped and created in the DDL script.

WORKAROUND: None
STATUS: This issue is fixed in Toad for DB2 6.2. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
