Job Manager/Scheduler only allows 12 hour time format

In Toad Data Point, the scheduler does not use the same time format as the operating system. When trying to schedule (automate) scripts in Toad Data Point version 4.0.0.624 the only time format is "12 hour" format. There is no way to use a 24 hours format, even if the operating system is set to 24 hour format.
원인
There is an issue with the Task Scheduler when used from within Toad Data Point.
