"Drop/Create foreign key" option of Data Compare does not create ALTER TABLE... DISABLE CONSTRAINT

Running a Compare Data on a table that has a Foreign Key Constraint on the source and target tables and then syncing the data. The "Drop/Create foreign key" box is checked. However, Toad does not generate the SQL statement ALTER TABLE... DISABLE CONSTRAINT sql statement before the Inserts. 3.4 works fine with the same compare.
