Is it possible to share a "Local Database" with someone else on the team? If so, how would you do that?

You could copy your entire local storage to another user (Replacing what they have) by copying all the files in "C:\Users\{Users}\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Toad Data Point Hub Data" to the other user.
