Table names in an Access database file don't show up correctly in the Object Explorer, after being renamed in Access

If the original Access database file is copied from the original, and within Access the tables are then renamed, when connecting to the new/copied Access file in Toad, the table names shown in the Object Explorer, still have the original table names (of the original file), but in the Editor, if you query the table names as they show in the Object Explorer, there is an error that the table doesn't exist.

Save the Access file in two different formats (Save As) that are available within Access 2016:

1) Access 2000 Database
2) Access 2002-2003 Database

After creating a new connection to both of these databases in Toad, the tables have the correct names.
