Cannot view package body source (Oracle) from the 'Body' tab of View Details window

When selecting a package for an Oracle DB, the source of the package specification can be veiwed, but when clicking the "Body" tab, the screen displays "No package body"
원인
Toad queries SYS.ALL_SOURCE to gather this information but user may not have permissions to query this.
해결 방안
DEBUG ANY PROCEDURE privilege needs to be granted to user. (RECOMMENDED)
