Stat integrated with TFS is pulling files from all directories instead of specified TOP directory

Stat pulling files from all directories instead of specified TOP directory. We are integrating STAT with TFS. While selecting SQL files we are selecting the Product as Custom Payables and expecting to pull files only from xxap_top. Instead we are seeing files from all the other product directories. Is there a way to map TFS custom top directories to STAT Products?

This is how Stat current designed of the product for VCM.
We cannot make it to work like Oracle Ebiz where it's would filter out based on the product_tops.
You can certain use the quick filter in Stat to locate the object that you need.
