New Assigned CSRs No Longer Show Up With Bold Text in My CSRs Tab

After upgraded to 5.7.4 from 5.5.2 the new assigned CSRs are no longer showed in bold text on the "My CSRs" tab. For users with a lot of CSRs in their list, it is difficult to find the new CSR that got assigned.
원인
The feature was enhanced with Unread column. It is more meaningful and sortable.
해결 방안
In 'My CSR' tab click on the View button, find for the Unread column and move it to the position you like.
