We are planning to have SOA components into STAT for source code archiving and migration. We wanted to check with STAT team to make sure whether STAT supports all the Oracle SOA components.

Unfortunately, Stat does not support SOA components per se. Stat can handle the files. meaning it will be able to archive/migrate file objects, but does not come with the ability to automatically execute post-migration compiles at the moment.
