Migrating empty files via mass migration with Stat Oracle Agent

Files of a given type migrate correctly for the first CSR migrated via mass migration, but after that, the files from different CSRs may migrate with no contents (0 kb).
원인
Issue with Stat 5.7.0 mass migration.

WORKAROUND:
This Hotfix applies to the Stat Oracle Agent. Refer to the Stat_570HF-b_ReadMe_20140519_Eng.pdf or solution 125699 for additional information and instructions on implementing the fix.
