When trying to create a new User ID in STAT version 6.1 hotfix E, the following error appears:
"Unable to test connect to SMTP mail server. Please verify STAT central agent is running"
해결 방안
Please check in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file of the Client machine, to verify if there is the SCA server IP/name resolution in the file.
