Users would like SQL Navigator to be able to edit the number of decimal digits displayed in the dataset of the SQL results. For example, if the number of decimal digits was set to 2, then the results would show:
100.00 instead of 100
205.10 instead of 205.1
Or if the number of decimal digits was set to 5, then the results would show
100.00000 instead of 100
205.10000 instead of 205.1
WORKAROUND:
Add the following to the query to display in decimal format.
TO_CHAR(<field_name>,'999,999.99')
,
SOLUTION:
Upgrade the Oracle client to at least a 9.2.0.1 or higher if using an older client to connect.
,
STATUS:
Enhancement request CR# 0184463 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of SQL Navigator for Oracle.
