WORKAROUND 1:
Reinstall into a new directory
WORKAROUND 2:
If issue still occurs after reinstall, please change the registry manually:
1. Close SQL Nav, and run Windows registry editor : regedit
2. Rename \\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator<version></version>\Docking Windows
3. Close Regedit
4. Re-launch SQL Nav
The options will be available.
