Un-install and re-install the SQL Navigator application. Here are the steps for the un-installation and re-installation of SQL Navigator:
How to Completely Un-Install SQL Navigator & Re-Install it:
*WARNING - THIS WILL DELETE SQL NAVIGATOR FOLDER. PLEASE BACK-UP WHERE NECESSARY!!!
*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR LICENSE INFO HANDY.
*TRIAL LICENSE KEYS WILL BE VOIDED / UNUSABLE.
***If you have installations of several versions, you will need to do this procedure for each of them.
1) Go to your SQL Navigator Start Menu, and click the "Un-install SQL Navigator" shortcut.
2) Use the Option "Custom" un-install.
3) Click the "Select All" button to select all files to be removed, then click "Next" button.
4) Several more similar windows will appear. Do the same on all of them.
5) Continue until you reach the "Finish" button, then click it.
6) Verify that there are no SQL Navigator Folders and Shortcut items left in your computer.
Perform a Search/Find on "SQLNav". Delete them if there is any.
*** Also, go to your Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, and make sure that Formatter Plus is not in there.
Click "Remove" if you see any.
7) Restart your computer if it's okay to do so (recommended)

8) Download a fresh copy of SQL Navigator from the link provided (recommended).
<http://www.quest.com/solutions/download.asp> -> scroll down to SQL Navigator > click on "Upgrade" (this is the full version)> fill out the web form and click on "Submit" > then download the appropriate SQL Navigator Edition for your license.
9) Execute the new downloaded SQL Navigator Setup file.
10) Change the "Destination Directory" to something like \SQL Navigator 5.1, etc. (5.1 means the current version of SQL Navigator you are installing)
11) Continue the Installation until finished.
