The following error is received when trying to connect to Amazon RDS.

해결 방안
Add SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION=8 in the Oracle sqlnet.ora file. By default, the sqlnet.ora file can be found in the Network/Admin folder of your Oracle Home folder.
