I'm getting a error when trying to register my license key. I tried upgrading to Knowledge Xpert 10 but now I get "Error 4 when opening the Knowledge Xpert" message when launching KXpert 10 from within SQL Navigator.
I cannot get to KXpert from within Navigator, but I can launch KXpert from the Window's start menu.
