User enters login passwords and checks the Save Password checkbox in login window. SQL Nav does not keep passwords after closing/reopening application.
Reset SQL Navigator user settings to default:
1. Close SQL Navigator and select Start | Run and enter REGEDIT
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software
3. Rename “SQL Navigator x.x” node to “SQL Navigator x.x OLD”
4. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Quest Software folder
5. Rename “SQL Navigator x.x” folder to “SQL Navigator x.x OLD”
6. Reopen SQL Navigator and do not migrate any previous settings if prompted
*Note: Above change will reset all user settings and previous logins back to default in SQL Nav
