Customer upgraded to 9.2 Getting error ' No server found on specific Host ' Failed to find external library: QuestOOPCollector.exe in windows even viewer when trying to start the service
원인
The Spotlight diagnostic Service was looking at the old QuestOOPCollector.exe
해결 방안
1.Backup existing Diagnostic Server directory 2.Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall Spotlight Diagnostic Service 3.Install Spotlight diagnostic Server only 4.Check that service is started 5.Run importSosse.bat
