Ora_setup failed with invalid username/password after entered ASM alias and dba user and password for ASM instance.
Following errors found from event_log:
Error 2015-03-09 16:09:15.639605 10209 150103904 OID E+ora_setup: Unable to check '/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/client_1/bin/oracle': No such file or directory. [ora_setup] [module osp]".
원인

The server on where shareplex running does not have Oracle database, therefore, there is only Oracle client installed on the server. The Oracle client installation does not provide Oracle binary file under $RACLE_HOME/bin folder. Shareplex checks the Oracle binary file for the connection. Since there is no such Oracle binary file from the client installation, therefore, ora_setup failed.
해결 방안

Workaround:
On the server on where shareplex running , create an empty oracle file under $Oracle_home (client home)/bin folder with permission of chmod 6751.
For example:
-rwsr-s--x 1 oracle oinstall 245345464 Nov 13 16:02 oracle)

SYS user fails to login to ASM during ora_setup, but can login to ASM with sqlplus as SYSDBA and or SYSASM.
