(BT Discovery) Cannot load Windows PowerShell snap in Microsoft

A few machines where we have installed ODM AD agent and not showing below error message: (BT-Discovery) Cannot load Windows PowerShell snap-in Microsoft.PowerShell.Diagnostics because of the following error: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
One of the machine is running on Windows 7 and other is Windows 2008 server. Is this error message because of non supported OS or something needs to changed?

These are unsupported operating systems
해결 방안
Although not a supported version, it's possible to upgrade PowerShell to 3.0 on these machines. This should work, but note these versions are not supported by Quest if any other issues should arise.
