In environments with both Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2016/2019 servers, we must configure a separate user account with a mailbox in the 2016/2019 environment to use for the Exchange 64-bit extensions.
The original SuperUser account should remain on the Exchange 2010 environment until the 2010 servers are retired.
1. Create an Active Directory account and a mailbox for the account in the Exchange 2016/2019 environment
2. Follow steps in this article to install the Exchange 64-bit extensions on the Exchange 2016/2019 server(s) and when asked for credentials specify the new account:

Note: If you would like to add the new account to an existing Impersonation Role instead of creating a new role use the following Exchange Powershell command:
Add the SuperUser account to an existing impersonation role:
Add-RoleGroupMember "Impersonation-Metalogix" -Member "SUPERUSER"
3. Verify that when a user with a mailbox in Exchange 2016/2019 logs in to OWA they now see a Metalogix Archive Manager addin section in the preview window of messages
