Getting message " diagnostic server license error- this license has expired" when trying to connect to the Diagnostic Server

Please contact Quest Licensing at license@quest.com to have a new key
In one case the key was valid and working on another instalation of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
The steps below helped there:
1.Close Spotlight client
2. Restart Diagnostic Server
3. Open Spotlight Client as an admin (R-Click | Run as admin)
4. Go to Help | About , then click on the hyperlink in "View/Change product license"
5. Select change "this license" and enter the key and site message
