Enhancement to increase default severity of 'Disconnected Agent Manager Clients' rule

Currently the 'Disconnected Agent Manager Clients' rule is only set as a Warning. Can this be changed by default to Fatal? A warning can easily be overlooked.

STATUS: FGL-20180 is planned for a future release of the FMS
WORKAROUND:
Edit the Fatal severity of this particular rule with the required logic.
