I need to be able to create and manage Stored Outlines. Where do I do this?

Stored Outlines can be deployed and managed via Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle. You can send the original sql statement to be optimized via Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle (Database | Optimize | SQL Optimizer) - Tuning Lab. Once the query has been optimized you'll find some or all of the alternatives have a green pin icon. If you click on this icon you can deploy the outline. There are two tutorials available in the Help | Contents | Quest SQL Optimizer Tutorials - 'Tuning Lab Deploy Outline Tutorial' & also 'Outline Manager Tutorial'
