Once a group has been migrated to Exchange, it should then be managed in Exchange. If you change the membership in Notes, that will not get synced to Exchange.
When you run the Connector for groups between Domino and Exchange, all that gets created in Exchange/AD is a Contact object for the group; the group is managed in Domino.
Once the group is migrated and therefore populated with members, it must be managed in Exchange.
