Some Calendar items when viewed in iOS Mail app cause the app to crash

The attribute dispidApptTZDefStartDisplay is missing from (at least some) of the items in users calendars. This causes the Mail app in iPhones to crash.

This was caused by a issue with the iOS9 version of the software.
