"connection refused" for OS connection when creating an ASM agent
설명

When creating a new ASM agent, the Oracle installer was unable to establish a connection for OS monitoring using the ASM agent installer with a "connection refused" message.
원인

There was an existing resource mapping in another credential. The agent found this and used it but the password was locked out. Once the resource mapping was removed and the other credential added, the agent worked.
해결 방안
1. Navigate to Credentials
2. Select Manage Credentials
3. Select the lockbox for the OS account being used
4. Delete the existing resource mapping
