User tries to use Formatter Plus to change uppercase keywords to be displayed as lowercase. After setting the options in Formatter Plus, clicking on the formatter icon does not format the code. Formatter does not write that it has ran, or put its version number at the top of the code, like it usually does.
RESOLUTION 1:
Formatter Plus was not properly installed. Run the Toad installation again.
RESOLUTION 2:
1. Save and reload the Formatter Plus options file.
2. Try loading a coworker's options file. It is located by default here:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\FmtPlus.opt
RESOLUTION 3:
If code is compiled with errors, Formatter Plus will highlight the line of code with error and will not format code.
