Applications created in Automation designer (Toad for Oracle) are not possible to upload to Toad Intelligence Central

After the application is created, it is not possible to upload the application to the Toad Intelligence Central by clicking on a button Publish to Toad Intelligence Central.
No error or warning is returned.
