Reconfigure user account allowing to connect, insert and delete data in the SpotlightStatisticRepository database with the following steps:
1. Confirm “SpotlightStatisticsRepository” database exists
2. Select Configure | Diagnostic Server | Configure to configure the Spotlight Statistic Repository.
3. Confirm "Enable Use of Statistics Repository" option is checked
4. Specify the instance name and use the “Create” button if it does not yet exist.
