Resolution: There is an uptimePercent metric available under the VMWVirtualMachine objects that can be used to create a report of the availability of virtual hosts.
Execute the following steps to create a drag and drop report:
1). Drag and drop VMWVirtualMachines (VMWare | VMWVirtualMachines) onto the report.
2). Select create a table.
3). Select Name.
4). Expand "Uptime Percent | period", and then select "average".
5). Click Next, and then Next again.
6). Select the desired VM hosts from the Filter list.
