Opening Spotlight on Windows cluster connections causes an error: "RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE"
설명
Opening a Spotlight on Windows cluster connections, Spotlight uses the OpenCluster API call ( <http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa371774(VS.85).aspx> )which returns a RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE error code.
원인
This is a Microsoft limitation:
If the cluster is remote, the client must be running a compatible operating system. Computers running Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista cannot call OpenCluster against a cluster running Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000 Server, and vice versa, computers running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000 cannot call OpenCluster against a cluster running Windows Server 2008.
해결 방안
To workaround this issue we suggest to install Spotlight on a Vista-machine.
