Database installer reports: "No Foglight Agent Manager available for upgrade"

When navigating to databases dashboard the "Required Upgrade" message was displayed, but when clicking on it, it displays "No Foglight Agent Manager available for upgrade". The Agent Manager is up and running and already upgraded. The "Agent Status" dashboard showed the database agents have the current version.
해결 방안
Download the same version of the database cartridge and reinstall it via the Cartridge Inventory panel.
