Trying to do a cross-connect between sql server & Oracle, getting "unable to connect ..isql host"

Sure but also try to connect to local storage. Local Storage is needed for Cross Query and we suspect there is an error starting this cross-connection. Please turn on logging, try to connect to LS and then generate support bundle.
