Spotlight looses connections intermittently, and you see errors like these in the oracle trace file:
2009-02-16 10:00:41.518: [ OCROSD]utgdv:2:ocr loc file cannot be opened
2009-02-16 10:00:41.532: [ OCROSD]utopen:1: Couldnt find ocr,[ocrmirror] location in config file

This is related to Oracle bug 5938326. See Oracle note 798603.1 for more information
The bug is fixed in 10.2.0.5 and 11.1.
The errors are of no consequence and can be ignored.
Workaround is to install CSS and enable CSS to run even if ASM is not in use (see Note.745271.1).
So the options are as follows:
1. Leave Archive information enabled in Spotlight and ignore the errors in the trace file.
2. Install and enable CSS to run even though ASM is not in use.
3. Upgrade the database to version 10.2.0.5 or 11.1
4. Disable Archive information in Spotlight.
Version 10.2.0.5 is not released as of yet during this solution creation, option 1 is more recommended.
The file attached is to disable archive destination if needed.
