Dashboard is running same statement multiple times causing perfomance issues.

When the Dashboard is launched, in the Background Processes window, it shows 4 processes running that are seemingly the same process. It took a full 9 minutes for it to complete. The time it takes to complete Database Allocation seems to be directly related to the quantity of this statement in Background Processes. One statement takes ~1-2 minutes and 4 statements take ~8-9 minutes.
