When trying to access the web reports it prompts for credentials each time.

Each time you access the MessageStats reports you are prompted to supply a username and password.
원인
The URL for the web reports is not in an Internet Explorer zone that has Automatic logon enabled (typically only the Local Intranet zone has this setting enabled).
해결 방안
Open the Internet Options of Internet Explorer
Click Security
Click Local Intranet
Click Custom level under Security level for this zone
Scroll to the bottom of the list and confirm Automatic Logon only in Intranet zone is enabled
