Customers are advised of the following guidelines:
An AppAssure core configured with dynamic memory is not supported. A core must have dedicated resources. Memory sharing and reclamation techniques will potentially disrupt critical AppAssure processes and services.
AppAssure will support any supported agent that is configured with dynamic memory - providing the agent meets the standard minimum memory requirement of 4GB
Should an agent configured with dynamic memory subsequently experience memory resource issues which have an adverse effect on backups, AppAssure support will advise the customer to address the environmental issue accordingly and assign dedicated resources as deemed necessary.
