Error: Failure
When a user tries to scan and import a MS Access database into Mapping Manager having configured the environment they may receive a Failure notification.
The reason for this error message is because we do not package the MS Access driver with the product.
The MS Access driver can be downloaded from http://www.hxtt.com/access.html
Please place the downloaded “Access_JDBC30.jar” file in the path - <Tomcat directory>\Apache Software Foundation\webapps\erwinDG_Application\WEB-INF\lib
Alternately, If you have the MS Access JDBC driver already available, you can place the jdbc jar file in the same path as above. Once you have placed the jar file, you will need to restart the tomcat server. After this, please retry the scan and this should resolve the issue.
