String literals with '+' symbol in it, are not processed correctly when used in inputs and outcomes

When using the plus symbol '+' in string literals as input or ouput values, the newly created Test Definition works fine but when it is saved and then edited again with Test Builder, the '+' symbols disappear and you see spaces at these places.
