Coex changing subject line to random meaningless characters =?utf-8...

After upgrading our coex. Domino server 9.0.1 from FP5 to FP10 the subject line on some emails is being replaced by random meaningless characters.
원인
This is a Domino regression bug which was first introduced in FP8 and fixed in IF2. This bug reappeared in FP10

Please ensure your Notes.ini files are in UTF-8 format. The easiest way to do this is to open the notes.ini file in Notepad++ and look at the status bar. If it is not UTF-8 then please save it as UTF-8. This is critical. Secondly, please download the latest IF (Interim Fix) for FP10 and apply the IF. Please contact HCL for download info and support.
