A sync job setup for groups that is stuck processing in with no movement or log activity for 8 hours and is holding up other jobs in queue. Additionally, the logs indicate the following
"Initializing sync report"
The reported issue is cased by the following Sync Report Tables tables in SQL have reached their storage limits:
To resolve, select the profile you experiencing issues with from the Dashboard and navigate to:
Manage | Settings | Sync Report | Delete Report(located in bottom right hand side menu option)
Perform a deletion of the contents of the sync report tables in SQL.
Once deleted, restart the Directory Sync Service and retry the sync.
The above steps will allow for the profile to behave correctly as desired.
